About Us

We are a group of Canadian youth committed to improving the social media landscape by:

1. Providing young people with the tools and awareness to exert greater control over their social media use - our digital mindfulness campaign

2. Calling on the Canadian federal and  provincial governments to pass laws that reduce social media harms for youth. We believe the government must do more to regulate online platforms - our digital policy initiative

We aim to shatter myths that young people don't actually care about the negative effects of social media, and highlight how most youth support sensible restrictions that protect the well-being of children and teenagers and work to prevent the most tragic outcomes.
